## Who this policy covers

The platform involves two distinct categories of people whose data we handle.

- Customers: business owners and operators who sign up for Cavorite, configure an AI receptionist, and pay for the service.
- Callers: people who place an inbound call to a phone number associated with a Customer account.

## Information collected from Customers

Cavorite may collect account information, business configuration, subscription and billing metadata, device and application data, verification records, calendar integration information, and documents uploaded to build the AI agent's knowledge base.

## Information collected from Callers

When a Caller phones a number associated with a Customer account, Cavorite may receive the Caller's phone number, audio, transcript, call summary, details shared during the call, duration, time, and disposition of the call.

## How information is used

Cavorite uses information to operate the AI receptionist service, authenticate Customers, maintain account security, process subscriptions, provide live call monitoring and takeover, improve the platform, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights of Customers, Callers, and the service.

## Voice, recordings, and transcripts

Recording, transcription, and AI processing are essential to what the platform does. The platform records calls by default, transcribes audio in real time, and generates a short summary after each call so Customers can review what happened.

## Sharing and sales

Cavorite does not sell, rent, or trade Customer personal information or Caller personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the service, with the Customer whose account a Caller called, or with authorities when required by law.

## Retention

Account data, business configuration, uploaded documents, and related materials are retained while the Cavorite account is active. Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries are retained while the associated Customer account is active and for up to 30 days after termination, suspension, or non-renewal, unless earlier deletion is available and requested.

## Rights

Depending on location and applicable law, Customers and Callers may have rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Requests can be made by emailing [contact@cavorite.ai](mailto:contact@cavorite.ai).
