## Service summary

Cavorite is an AI phone receptionist designed for small and medium businesses. The platform answers inbound calls associated with your account, conducts conversations using artificial intelligence, books appointments, transfers calls to a human number when configured, and provides a mobile application for real-time call monitoring and call history review.

## Billing summary

Plans, included usage, phone numbers, and pricing are described in the product and on [Pricing](https://cavorite.ai/pricing/). There are no per-minute overage charges. If you approach or exceed the minutes included with your plan, Cavorite may notify you and ask you to upgrade.

## Compliance summary

Customers are responsible for configuring legally appropriate greetings, recording disclosure, AI disclosure, and routing rules for their business and jurisdiction. Cavorite provides tooling to help, but it is not a substitute for legal review of a specific configuration.
