Do you offer a free trial?

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes from your phone. You download the app, answer a few questions about your business, pick a voice, and your AI Receptionist is live. Most setup is handled by Cavorite auto-pulling your hours, services, and address from your website or Google Business profile.

Is there a web app, or is it mobile only?

Cavorite is app-first today, on iPhone and iPad, with Android coming soon. You set up and run your AI agent from the app, where live transcripts and one-tap takeover happen. A web dashboard is coming soon.

Is the AI agent available 24/7?

How do I pick the voice for my AI agent?

In the app, open your line and choose from six natural voices (Sierra, Rainier, Muir, Aurora, Arenal, Montana). Each one is a real speech-to-speech voice, not a text-to-speech reader, so it sounds like a person. Tap any voice to hear a sample before you commit, then save. Changes take effect immediately. Place a quick test call to your Cavorite number afterward to hear the new voice live.

How do I customize the greeting for my business?

Open your line in the app and tap the Greeting row to edit it. Cavorite pre-fills a friendly default using your business name so you have something working from minute one. Rewrite it however you want. If you need help, tap Enhance and AI polishes your draft while keeping your meaning. Changes save instantly. Place a quick test call to hear the new greeting on the next ring.

Can your AI agent answer questions about my services, pricing, or menu?

Yes. In the app, open your business and tap Knowledge Base, then upload a PDF or a photo of any document (menu, price list, service sheet, policies, FAQ). Your AI agent indexes it in the background, and within a couple of minutes it can answer caller questions from your own material. To verify, call your Cavorite number from any phone (the app shows the number on the line page) and ask it something only the document would know.

What happens if your AI agent can’t answer a question?

Your AI agent is honest. If it doesn’t know something, it tells the caller, offers to take a message or transfer to you, and flags the unanswered question in your call log so you can follow up. It will never invent an answer about your prices, hours, or services. The more you upload to your knowledge base, the rarer this gets.

What happens if I want to take a call mid-conversation?

Tap Take over in the Cavorite app and you’re on the line with the caller immediately. Your AI agent hands off cleanly, you finish the conversation, and the call records the AI portion and your portion as separate audio tracks for the call record.

Can it book appointments into my calendar?

Yes. Cavorite has a built-in calendar that books appointments as real events: the agent confirms a time with the caller, collects the details you ask for (name, phone, service), and avoids double-booking. You can also connect the calendar you already use, Google or Outlook, so every booking shows up right on it.

What if I already have a business phone number?

You bring it. Cavorite shows you the exact carrier forwarding code for your provider (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Google Voice, most VoIP, landlines) with one-tap dialing. Your callers keep dialing the number you already publish, and the call quietly forwards to your AI agent when you can’t pick up.

Will customers know they’re talking to AI?

Most won’t notice. The voices are speech-to-speech, not text-to-speech, so they sound natural. If a caller asks directly, your AI agent is honest about being AI and can transfer them to you if they prefer a human.

How do you handle missed calls when I’m busy?

You choose how it works, all set up in the app. Use call forwarding so Cavorite picks up every call, or only the ones you don’t answer when you’re busy.
